Courier Selection
Once we receive and confirm your order, we will contact you to check:
- Your preferred courier service, or
- The best available courier servicing your delivery location
We work with multiple courier partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across India.
Delivery Timeline
- Under normal conditions, orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier service, and operational factors.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Heavy rain or adverse weather conditions
- Natural calamities
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
- Courier partner operational issues
CUG shall not be held liable for delays caused by such factors, but we will actively assist with tracking and coordination.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is dispatched and tracking details are received from the courier partner, the tracking ID will be shared with you at the earliest via WhatsApp, email, or SMS (where applicable).
Unboxing & Damage Prevention
We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
- This helps us improve our delivery and packaging process
- It also helps avoid disputes in case of transit damage
Claims raised without proper unboxing evidence may not be accepted.
