1. Payment Methods (India)
CUG accepts online payments only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
For orders within India, payments are collected securely through Razorpay.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit Cards
- Bank Transfers (as supported via Razorpay)
All payments must be completed successfully before an order is confirmed or processed.
2. International Payments
We accept international payments.
Currently, international payment integration is not available directly on our website. For customers outside India:
- Payments can be made via bank transfer
- Payment instructions will be shared after order confirmation
Any bank charges or transfer fees applicable to international payments shall be borne by the customer.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Customization and processing will begin only after payment confirmation.
- No products will be dispatched without successful payment.
4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
CUG does not support Cash on Delivery under any circumstances, as all products are customized and made-to-order.
5. Cashback Policy
- Any approved cashback will be transferred directly from the CUG account to the customer’s account.
- Cashback will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer, as applicable.
- Cashback timelines may vary and will be communicated during the offer period.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- For cancelled orders that qualify for a refund (as per our Refund & Returns Policy), the amount will be refunded through Razorpay to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing timelines depend on Razorpay and the customer’s bank and typically take 5–10 business days.
7. Bulk Orders & Proforma Invoice
- For bulk or corporate orders, CUG will issue a Proforma Invoice.
- Payment must be made as per the details mentioned in the Proforma Invoice before order processing begins.
- Bulk order production will start only after full payment is received.
8. Payment Security
- All online payments in India are processed securely via Razorpay.
- CUG does not store or access card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
9. Policy Updates
If additional payment platforms or methods are introduced in the future, this Payment Terms policy will be updated accordingly on our website.
